Overnight Oats

Favourite winter breakfast/snack

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp gluten-free oats

  • 50ml almond/oatmeal/coconut milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

For serving

  • 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds/nuts

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt/ Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate drops/ or cocoa powder

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the oats with the milk and cinnamon.

  2. Transfer to an airtight glass container and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, serve with one or all of the serving ingredients from the list
