This initiative was lovingly crafted with parents in mind—those who wish to offer their families meals that are tasty, healthy, and above all, rich in nutritional value. Our children are the future, and their nutrition is vital, playing a crucial role in their physical and mental development. The recipes are intentionally simple, quick to prepare, and made with healthy, fresh, and readily available ingredients from nature.
Our passion for healthy living and nutrition, combined with our knowledge and expertise, has led us to create this edition. We hope every family, with or without children, will use it as a helpful guide amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.

My professional journey has taught me that a chef must possess the culture of quality, selecting the best seasonal products to create delicious dishes for the customers.
Beyond my work, cooking is a part of my daily routine and I consider it to be my way of saying to my family “I care for you”. My meals are based on a weekly schedule, ensuring there is variety and nutritional balance. I choose to make meals that are easy and quick yet nutritious and comforting.
Our calendar is based on the same philosophy.
